Abstract

The following questions are discussed: (1) Is global climate changing. (2) What is the pattern of global climatic change. (3) What causes global climate to change. (4) Is man's activity inadvertently influencing global climate. (5) What are the possibilities for purposefully influencing global climate. (6) What interest and competence have been shown by nations of the world in global climate control. (7) What can be done to speed progress.
