Abstract

The proposed device consists of an RC circuit connected to the emitter of a controlled rectifier and load. To improve decoding accuracy, a rectifier is provided for the testing and recharge of the storage capacitor, a pulse transformer is connected to the rectifier control circuit, and a load resistor is connected to the collector of the rectifier.
