CONTINGENCY TRANSPORTATION REQUIREMENTS SYSTEM (CONTREQS) PROTOTYPE IMPLEMENTATION.

Abstract

The basic approach taken in the development of the CONTREQS prototype was to first analyze in detail, the DEPPLAN and its requirements and develop computer program specifications that were responsive to the DEPPLAN requirements and implication. The next steps were construct, test and evaluate the computer programs. At the same time both real and representative data were being obtained and analyzed, and data acquisition procedures were being explored. Section 3 describes the major features of the approach to these efforts. The computer program groups are described in Section 4 and are supported by a set of appendices containing the program group specifications. Section 5 describes the data collection, analysis and conversion work, and Section 6 details the features of system testing. (Author)
