SELF-REPAIR THEORY INVESTIGATION.

Abstract

This is the fifth report from a study to develop a theory of self-repair in digital nets via fault diagnosis and automatic circuit replacement using the sequential prime implicant form for net representation as an analytical tool for specifying the monitoring circuitry. This report discusses problems associated with optional use of the replacement and check circuitry. (Author)
