SELF-REPAIR THEORY INVESTIGATION.

Abstract

This is the sixth report from a study to develop a theory of self-repair in digital nets via fault diagnosis and automatic circuit replacement using the Sequential Prime Implicant Form for net representation as an analytical tool in net failure detection and diagnosis. This report discusses the computer program being developed to implement the SPIF algorithms. It also discusses the problem of self-repair without loss of data. (Author)
