THE DEFORMATION MODES OF COBALT SILICIDES.
Abstract
Course grained polycrystalline samples and single crystals of the cobalt silicides CoSi2, CoSi and Co2Si have been prepared from the elements. Deformation markings have been observed around hardness indentations in all compounds at room temperature. (Author)
