SOME PROPERTIES OF STIRLING NUMBER OF THE SECOND KIND,

Abstract

Stirling numbers of the second kind occur in the sampling distributions of statistics involved in a model of demand prediction. This paper describes some properties of these numbers which will be useful in later discussions of distribution theory. (Author)
