A COMPUTER CODE FOR RECOMBINATION AND DIFFUSION CONTROLLED AFTERGLOWS.

Abstract

A computer code is given for computing the decay of electron densities in a diffusion and recombination controlled disintegrating plasma in finite cylinder geometry. Microwave frequency shifts for TM010 and TE011 modes are derived to be compared with the experimental frequency shifts versus time in order to facilitate accurate evaluation of the electron-ion recombination coefficient.
