DEVELOPMENT OF AN END-MILL HOLDER FOR MILLING MACHINES (NUMERICALLY CONTROLLED).

Abstract

The project was established to design and evaluate an end-mill holder that would reduce chatter and be adaptable to an automatic drawbar. One holder was designed and fabricated. Tests were run and results compared to performance of a commercial holder. (Author)
