STUDIES ON THE GENETIC RELATIONS BETWEEN THE THERMAL FIELD AND THE STRUCTURE AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE EARTH'S CRUST (ISSLEDOVANIYA GENETICHESKIKH SVYAZEI TEPLOVOGO POLYA SO STROENIEM I RAZVITIEM ZEMNOI KORY),

Abstract

The spatial distribution of the thermal field and its relations with the structure of the earth's crust and separate geological and geophysical parameters have been analyzed on the basis of results obtained from measuring the abyssal thermal current. In this study, the uniformity of selecting the thermal current in tectonic regions is based on geophysical indexes. The uniform selections used have been analyzed by mathematical statistics which made it possible to explain reliable mean value estimates of the thermal current and the probability of deviation of various tectonic regions. The obtained results of distributions have been compared against each other by the Fisher-Student methods, and as a result zones similar with respect to energy have been exposed. There are various tables and maps showing the various results of this investigation. (Author)
