ON A CLASS OF SELECTION AND RANKING PROCEDURES.
Abstract
The paper presents a brief survey of subset selection procedures for various univariate and multivariate populations. Some new results concerning the expected size of the selected subset are given in Section 2. Tables of constants for various procedures are briefly excerpted from the relevant papers. (Author)
