MEASURE THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF SURFACE AREA THEORY.

Abstract

Four computer programs and references to the underlying mathematical theory are described. The four programs accept as input, specifications for two-level logical networks. Subject to computer limitations of execution time or storage, the program will accept any number of inputs and outputs with or without don't cares and report in a convenient form those sums-of-products realizations which are optimal under various optimality criteria. The fourth program in the sequence may be used alone to solve certain classes of linear integer programming problems. Extensions of the work are cited. (Author)
