DEVELOPMENT OF METHODS OF PREPARING MATERIALS FOR TEACHING MACHINES,
Abstract
The paper represents a consolidation of results of research conducted during 1957 and dealing with methods and techniques in the preparation of instructional materials to be used with teaching machines. Included are suggestions for developing and framing subject matter, and generating and ordering statements for a machine program, and a discussion of techniques and principles in related matters such as student use of machines, presentation considerations, and teaching by machines.
