RESEARCH IN SYSTEM THEORY.

Abstract

The project was concerned with research on new methods of control system analysis and design. In particular, results were obtained on efficient generation of sensitivity functions, algebraic optimization in adaptive control, singular perturbation techniques, design of approximately optimal systems in the presence of uncertainties, and design of large scale systems.
