WEAR CHARACTERISTICS OF METAL-POLYMER FRICTION PAIRS,

Abstract

The authors study the wear of metal-polymer friction pairs. The shank of a blade working in a variable-pitch propeller encasement was studied as a friction pair, a textolite bushing was used as one member of the pair and the propeller shaft, made of steel, was used as the other. (Author)
