FORMING AIRCRAFT PARTS BY ELECTRODEPOSITION (PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION).

Abstract

The process of forming metal to the required geometrical shape by electrodeposition has been demonstrated by the electroforming of nickel U shaped ducts. The mandrel was a low-temperature-melting bismuth alloy; plating was carried out using the nickel sulfamate bath. (Author)
