PLASTIC WORKING OF REFRACTORY AND SHEET METALS-FEASIBILITY INVESTIGATION.
Abstract
An investigation was made into the feasibility of concentrating heat in sheet metal, in the area of, and for the duration of, forming. Heat was generated in, and confined to, the restricted area by eddy-currents. Refractory tools were used to sucessfully form test coupons into angles. (Author)
