NMR STUDIES OF HEPTAFLUOROBUTYRIC ACID MICELLE FORMATION,

Abstract

Heptafluorobutyric acid dissolves in water to form micelles. The 19F nmr spectra of solutions covering the concentration range 0.5 to 42 mol per cent show the critical micelle concentration to be 1.6 mol per cent at 26C and 2.5 mol per cent at 0C. (Author)
