Abstract
This project is directed toward the development of a personnel cost/effectiveness methodology for use in man/machine function primarily during the early stages of equipment system design. The specific purpose of this report is to define and to present a catalog of cost, personnel, and function allocation concepts which are relevant to the development of the cost analysis parameters for man/machine function allocation.
