DINITROAMINES IN MANNICH CONDENSATION: PAPER 1. CONDENSATION OF ETHYLENEDINITROAMINE WITH ALIPHATIC DIAMINES,
Abstract
Several bicyclic Mannich bases, derived from ethylenedinitroamines, formaldehyde and some primary amines of varying basicity are obtained and described for the first time. The relation of pH level of reaction and the degree of basicity of the diamine is examined. The basicity of the diamines does not affect the course of the reaction of ethylenedinitroamine, formaldehyde and diamine. (Author)
