STUDY OF ELECTRON AND HOLE PROCESSES IN KCl-Ag CRYSTALS BY THE ELECTRON PARAMAGNETIC RESONANCE METHOD,

Abstract

A study was made of variations in the number of hole and electron coloration centers in KCl-Ag monocrystals irradiated at 77 degrees K by x-rays, as a function of the temperature of pulsed heating, using the electron paramagnetic method. The data obtained make it possible to obtain a specific conclusion on the sign of the observed stages of the relaxation process.
