A CONTEXT STUDY OF POSTATTACK RESEARCH, VOLUME III, MODEL DEVELOPMENT.
Abstract
This document reports the initial development of quasi-models for use in synthesizing a postattack research program structure and for identifying research opportunities. Examples of two models are presented: one to address the planning and programming of the research of postattack problems at the national level; the other, the research of postattack problems of local areas. Procedures for using these models are illustrated. (Author)
