Abstract

This report is Part II of a two-part description of a new programming language MAP. The language is in a conversational mode, created expressly for direct-access time-sharing computer systems. It is designed to execute numerical matrix operations with the same ease and flexibility as scalar operations. No knowledge of any other language is required. (Author)
