TRIOIL: A THREE-DIMENSIONAL VERSION OF THE OIL CODE

Abstract

The TRIOIL code is a three-dimensional continuous Eulerian cartesian hydrodynamic code. It is a natural extension of the two-dimensional OIL code. The code is in an infant stage as of now but work is continuing to make it an operative tool for research in the field of numerical hydrodynamics. In this version of TRIOIL, the scalar pressure is the only stress.
