HIGH RESOLUTION STUDIES OF DISCRETE RADIO SOURCES.

Abstract

Grant AF-AFOSR-1260-67 was received on 1 February 1967 and terminated on 31 August 1968. The main objective was to make diameter and structure measurements on compact radio sources. Two techniques, both in the process of development, were employed: interplanetary scintillations, and very-long-baseline interferometry using independent local oscillators.
