Abstract

The Concept Formulation Summary relates U. S. Coast Guard National Data Buoy Systems (NDBS) to other marine programs and describes the systems development approach being used by the NDBS Project Office. It relates the current Concept Formulation (CF) phase of development to the total systems development and provides a frame of reference for later CF documentation. (Author)
