NECESSITY AND ACCIDENT IN WAR,

Abstract

The document covers a problem which has received little attention in the literature - the relationship between necessity and accident in the outbreak of war and in the course of military operations. Relying on the basic postulates of materialist dialectics the author examines a broad range of problems: the causes of wars and the role of accident in their outbreak, the correlation of forces as the objective basis of lawful regularity in armed struggle, types of accidents and their sources.
