RADIX METHOD OF CALCULATING NATURAL LOGARITHMS IN BINARY NOTATION.

Abstract

The report describes a radix method of calculating the natural logarithm of a number when both the number and the logarithm are in binary form. The method requires no multiplications or divisions and is suitable for high accuracy. Certain 'key values' required have been calculated and are tabulated. (Author)
