VACUUM SYSTEM CONTROLLER,

Abstract

This report describes an instrument which has been developed at the Ballistic Research Laboratories (BRL) to control, monitor, and safeguard an ultrahigh vacuum pumping station. The basic pumping station to be controlled consists of a mechanical forepump, a vacuum solenoid valve in the foreline, a diffusion pump, and a water control solenoid. (Author)
