EQUIPMENT SERVICEABILITY RATES. LMI REF. NO. MR2.
Abstract
This indicator provides information on the serviceability rates for on-hand equipment issued to troops, by major categories of equipment. Information is related to the REDCAPE categories assigned to troop units owning the equipment. The serviceability rates expressed are based upon equipment profiles as reported under the provisions of AR 220-1. The serviceability condition reported under this AR is the condition of the equipment based upon an ESC inspection accomplished within a 90-day period, covered by the reporting cycle. Therefore, it does not cover average conditions, but rather conditions at a 'point in time'. (Author)
