Abstract
This management indicator measures the rate at which funds available to the Command (both direct and reimbursable) to meet annual logistic requirements are obligated during the year. Measurements are provided for each budget program for which there is responsibility or in which there is a primary interest. Funds made available in annual funding programs cannot, by law, be over-obligated. Consequently, information relating to the rate at which these funds are obligated is of prime importance. (Author)
