Abstract
Tests were performed to determine the effect of the gyratory compactor's three variables (angle of gyration, vertical pressure, and number of revolutions) on compaction characteristics of pit-run clay gravel. The data are to be used later in exploring the use of the gyratory compactor in the design of pavement structures. (Author)
