Abstract

Desiccation of air in life preservation systems of hermetic cabins (on cosmic ships) is being discussed. New ways of removing carbon dioxide and other harmful agents are being proposed. The appearance of hydrophobic zeolites whose carbon dioxide absorption effectiveness if very high is being debated as future air moisture desiccators. (Author)
