MULTILAYER FILTERS FOR THE REGION 0.8 TO 100 MICRONS. VOLUME 1 - TEXT AND TABLES

Abstract

A study of materials for multilayer evaporated film filters for the region 1-100 microns has yielded several successful high index-low index combinations, notably PbTe/ZnS (5 - 25 microns) and Ge/CsI (10 - 80 microns).
