A STUDY OF SOME CONDITIONS AFFECTING PRODUCTIVITY AND COHESIVENESS IN CULTURALLY HETEROGENEOUS GROUPS.
Abstract
A review is given of research which dealt with factors that influence Negro cognitive performance in biracial situations. Twelve reports were published and additional reports are in preparation. All of the studies that were carried out are briefly summarized.
