NEUTRON AND GAMMA RAY PRODUCTION CROSS SECTIONS FOR SILICON.

Abstract

A survey was made of the available information on neutron and gamma ray production cross section measurements of silicon. Evaluated nuclear data sets were prepared for silicon that cover the energy range from 0.001 eV to 20.0 MeV. These cross section sets were based on experimental results available to January 1968 and on nuclear model calculations. (Author)
