CYLINDERS: A DATA STRUCTURE CONCEPT BASED ON RINGS,

Abstract

The report is designed to be of use as both a reference manual for Cylinder programming and as a more general introduction to the linked-list notions upon which CYL6, our Cylinder system, is based. Accordingly, it is divided into two major sections, the second being a detailed manual for the CYL6 routines, the first containing only more general description. Because the rate of change of CYL6 is not yet absolutely zero, this report must be considered as a provisional description of it. (Author)
