Abstract

The study had two specific aims: (a) To determine whether quasi-therapeutic relations between teammates are primarily perceptual or behavioral in origin; and (b) To determine whether the presence of quasi-therapeutic relations within a group facilitates the task effectiveness as well as the personal adjustment of members.
