TECHNICAL DATA MANAGEMENT SYMPOSIUM HELD AT WASHINGTON, D. C., SEPTEMBER 12-14, 1967, ON PROPOSED REVISIONS TO TECHNICAL MANUAL SPECIFICATION: QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCEDURES

This paper explains how a proposed revision to MIL-M-15071E and how proposed quality assurance procedures are designed to achieve better technical manuals.
