TECHNICAL DATA MANAGEMENT SYMPOSIUM HELD AT WASHINGTON, D. C., SEPTEMBER 12-14, 1967, ON PROPOSED REVISIONS TO TECHNICAL MANUAL SPECIFICATION: QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCEDURES
