Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the feasibility of constructing a food cube dispenser-storage device that would provide a higher food-to-package weight and volume ratio than that achieved with present feeding systems for long-endurance spacecraft flights. The program included: a literature search; the formulation and screening of possible concepts. (Author)
