A SERIES OF THYMOMAS IN THE ANGORA GOAT.

Abstract

Fourteen thymomas have been collected and reviewed from our autopsy series of 2600 white angora goats. The gross and microscopic characteristics of these tumors are described and compared and contrasted with similar tumors in a variety of mammalian species. Thymomas in goats fall into the mixed epithelial-lymphoid class, appear benign, and do not present clinical signs. (Author)
