FORTRAN PROGRAM FOR STANDARD CELL DATA REDUCTION.

Abstract

This report presents a basic program for reduction of standard cell data through computerized techniques. The program, written in FORTRAN language, is adaptable for applications by other standardizing laboratories. A FORTRAN program complete with a sample problem is presented which may be adapted to the requirements of a calibration laboratory where computerized data reduction of standard cell measurements is desirable.
