HYPERSONIC GLIDE VEHICLE DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS

Abstract

A comparison is made of the basic characteristics of the glide vehicle and the drag re-entry vehicle for orbital re-entry. Detail design considerations pertinent to the development of re-entry gliders are discussed.
