EFFECT OF HOLE DIAMETER ELECTRODE WIDTH AND GLASS THICKNESS ON PROPERTIES OF THE PLASMA DISPLAY CELL,

Abstract

In the design of Plasma Display Cells it is useful to know how the properties of the panel are affected by the physical geometry of the panel. It was shown that the properties of the panel are directly related to its physical dimensions, and can be enhanced by proper design. With large holes and sufficiently high voltages it is also possible to create more than one discharge in any half cycle. This phenomenon is also discussed. (Author)
