COMROQ: A FORTRAN IV PROGRAM TO CONSTRUCT MULTIPLE RANK ORDER QUESTIONNAIRES.

Abstract

The multiple rank order (MRO) method is an experimental technique for collecting paired comparisons type data with greatly reduced experimental labor. The method of data collection and subsequent analysis requires, however, that the design of the questionnaire satisfy certain fixed restrictions; an error in design may render some or all of the data collected in a study worthless. This paper describes an easily used computer program to construct MRO questionnaires for items consisting of words, sentences or paragraphs. Optionally, output is also provided for use with Gulliksen's MULRAC program for analysis of MRO data. (Author)
