Abstract

The investigation is directed towards fabrication of magnetic films for use in (1) parametrons, an ultra reliable computer device and (2) non-destructive memory storage devices. It is the purpose of this report to describe the techniques and apparatus employed in the investigation of magnetic thin films. (Author)
