ADHESION OF EPOXY RESINS TO THIN STEEL WIRES,

Abstract

The aim of the work was to measure the adhesional strength of epoxy polymers to thin steel wires and to investigate the influence of certain factors on the value of adhesion. For determination of adhesional strength of polymeric binding with little shrinkage a special method was developed allowing the measurement of strength of adhesional bond directly to the surface of the metallic wire.
