BASELINE ANALOG SIMULATION FOR EVALUATION OF BRAKE ANTI-SKID SYSTEMS.

Abstract

The note considers a baseline analog computer hardware simulation for the evaluation of anti-skid systems. The dynamic equations of the airplane strut, wheel, tire, and brake are derived and an analog computer simulation developed. The simulation is to serve as a baseline for the comparison of existing anti-skid systems, and, as a base which can be improved to provide a closer representation of the airplane. (Author)
