EXPERIENCE IN APPLYING THE RADIO RANGE FINDER TO ENGINEERING SURVEYS,

Abstract

The experience of the Kuybyshev branch of Gidroprojekt in the laying of traverse lines using a radio range finder is summarized. The precision of this method was comparable to that of analytical polygonometry. Under certain conditions, only two observations were required for measurements. The proposed method is more economical than the polygonometric method. (Author)
