CERTAIN QUESTIONS OF THE CONSTRUCTION THEORY OF MULTIDIMENSIONAL MEMORY UNITS,

Abstract

Consideration is given to the construction of memory units on ferrite cores or other similar elements with multiple coincidence of currents. Proof is given of the theorem of the greatest number of insertions for devices with assigned parameters. Questions of decoding and construction of a large volume memory unit with increased reliability are discussed. (Author)
